Users may create collections of existing Aiverse content. Collections are associated with your account. You do not upload original design assets. Published collections may be visible according to your settings and may be indexed by search engines.
6. Legitimate Reasons for Processing
We only collect and use personal information when we have a legitimate reason and only to the extent reasonably necessary.
7. Collection and Use of Information
We collect information when you register for an account, subscribe to updates, access content, contact us, or mention us on social media.
We use it to:
- provide the Platform's core features and services (including collections and MCP access);
- host and display your collections;
- communicate with you, perform analytics, market research, and business development;
- train, test, and improve technology (including machine-learning models) by analysing usage patterns and system interactions (we do not use private collection notes for model training without consent);
- enable access and use of the Website and related applications;
- facilitate team collaboration and seat management;
- keep internal records and comply with legal obligations;
- prevent fraud and ensure security;
- operate and improve the Platform.
We may combine data with information from trusted third parties.
8. Security
We protect personal information using commercially acceptable means. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for the security of your password and account.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as required by law. Account information is retained while your account is active. We may retain data for legal, accounting, or research purposes after that.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Platform is a professional learning resource and is not directed at children under 13.
